Tyler, TX – One person was injured Sunday evening in a head-on collision in Tyler, according to a local news source.

The collision happened around 5:12 p.m. on May 24 in the 16000 block of FM 14.

According to the report, an 18-wheeler collided head-on with an SUV.

The SUV rolled over after the accident, pinning the driver inside. The driver was extricated and was taken to the hospital in unknown condition.

The 18-wheeler driver was uninjured in the accident.

The collision remains under investigation.
