Lubbock, TX. – Two people, including a police officer, were injured in a crash on Monday afternoon in Lubbock.
According to the Lubbock Police Department, the crash happened at 19th Street and Frankford Avenue at around 1:30 p.m.
The Lubbock police officer was assisting another officer who had requested help when the crash occurred.
The driver of the second car sustained moderate injuries and was taken to University Medical Center.
The officer sustained minor injuries.
More information about the crash was not provided.
