Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene

Tyler County, TX. – Two drivers were killed in a head-on collision on Monday morning in Tyler County.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened on U.S. Highway 69 south of Colmesneil at around 8 a.m.
A 2020 Nissan passenger car was traveling northbound on the wrong side when it collided head-on with a 2011 Toyota passenger car.
Both drivers were pronounced dead at the scene.
Two male passengers of the Nissan were taken to the hospital with life-threatening injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
