Dallas, TX – Three people were injured early Sunday morning in a two-vehicle collision in Dallas, according to the authorities.
The collision happened around 4:30 a.m. at the intersection of Mockingbird Lane and Harry Hines Boulevard.
Authorities said a dark-colored car was traveling northbound on an exit ramp at a high rate of speed when it collided with a Jeep that was traveling westbound on Mockingbird Lane.
The force of the impact sent both cars under a bridge, where they came to a stop next to a support pillar.
Multiple people were pinned and had to be extricated.
Three people were taken to the hospital, where one of them was listed in critical condition while the other two were listed in serious condition.
The driver of the dark-colored car was taken into custody for DUI.
The authorities are investigating the accident.
