The driver of the F-150 was ejected from the vehicle and was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.

San Antonio, TX. – Three people were injured in a three-vehicle crash on Thursday afternoon in San Antonio.
According to the San Antonio Police Department, the crash happened on Southwest Loop 410 near Somerset Road at around 4 p.m.
A Ford F-150 struck a barrier and was struck on the rear by a white SUV.
The white SUV then struck the wall, with its tire coming off, and struck a Ford Bronco.
The driver of the F-150 was ejected from the vehicle and was taken to the hospital with critical injuries.
The driver and passenger of the white SUV were taken to the hospital with minor injuries.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
