Plano, TX – A man was hit and killed by a truck Friday night in Plano, according to the police.

The deadly accident happened around 8:50 p.m. on May 1 in the 6700 block of Alma Drive at the intersection of Seabrook Drive.

Police said Al-Nasir Jinnah, 69, of Plano, was crossing the street when he was struck by a gray Toyota Tundra that was traveling northbound on Alma.

Jinnah was pronounced dead at the scene.

Speed or intoxication were not a factor in the accident.

No other details were provided.

The police are investigating the accident.
