Brazoria, TX – A man was injured Monday afternoon in a motorcycle accident in Brazoria, according to the Texas DPS.
The accident occurred around 12:29 p.m. on May 4 at the intersection of Highway 35 and FM 521.
DPS said 67-year-old Celia Garza of Brazoria was driving a black Toyota Camry when they turned left into the path of a 2021 Harley-Davidson Road Glide, resulting in a collision.
The motorcyclist, 35-year-old William Worthington of West Columbia, was thrown from the motorcycle and was rushed to Memorial Hermann Texas Medical Center in Houston for treatment.
Garza was uninjured in the collision.
The collision remains under investigation.
