Austin, TX – Minor injuries were reported early Wednesday morning following a two-vehicle collision in South Austin, according to the police.

The collision happened around 5:50 a.m. on southbound Interstate 35 near Ben White Boulevard.

Police said two vehicles were involved in the collision.

Minor injuries were sustained during the collision. The exact number of the injured people was not disclosed.

The collision temporarily closed I-35. It has since been reopened.
