The deadly collision occurred around 9:30 a.m. on May 15 at the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 866 and State Highway 302.

Ector County, TX – A woman was killed on Friday in a two-vehicle collision in Ector County, according to the Texas DPS.
The deadly collision occurred around 9:30 a.m. on May 15 at the intersection of Farm-to-Market Road 866 and State Highway 302.
DPS said a 2001 Chevrolet Silverado was traveling northbound on FM 866 when it failed to yield the right of way at the intersection and was struck by a 2008 Kenworth W9 towing a trailer that was traveling westbound on SH 302.
The driver of the Chevrolet, Rosa Emma Mendoza Robles, 81, of Odessa, was taken to Medical Center Hospital, where she was pronounced dead.
The DPS is investigating the accident.
