Howard County, TX – A Pasadena man was killed Sunday morning in a three-vehicle collision in Howard County, DPS said.

The deadly accident happened at about 3:50 a.m. on May 17 on Interstate Highway 20 westbound near mile marker 168.

DPS said Ivan Carrillo, 30, of Pasadena, was driving a 2020 Ram 1500 eastbound on the highway when he drove into the center median, traveled over the center cable barrier, and the vehicle rolled over. The Dodge then hit a westbound 2026 Freightliner that was towing a trailer. A westbound 2025 Ford F-250 then struck debris from the Dodge.

Carrillo died at the scene.

No other injuries were reported.

The DPS is investigating the collision.
