Austin, TX. – 19-year-old Luis Angel Gomez-Herrera has been identified as the motorcyclist who was killed in a crash on Sunday night in Austin.
According to the Austin Police Department, the crash happened in the 9300 block of North Lamar Boulevard at around 9:47 p.m.
The man was riding a motorcycle in the area when he collided with a car
Gomez-Herrera was pronounced dead at the scene.
The driver of the vehicle remained at the scene and cooperated with the police.
Police do not suspect intoxication as a factor.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
