Leander, TX. – A man was injured in a collision involving a CapMetro train on Saturday morning in Leander.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened at the intersection of Hero Way and U.S. Highway 183 at around 1 a.m.
The man was driving a Jeep when he reportedly failed to obey the traffic signals and collided with the train.
The driver of the Jeep was transported to a local hospital with unknown injuries.
More details on the collision were not provided by the officials.
