Lubbock, TX – The man who was killed Saturday morning in a pedestrian accident in Lubbock has been identified as Charles Hargrove, 69, according to the Lubbock Police Department.
The deadly accident happened around 7:46 a.m. on May 9 in the 5100 block of 19th Street.
Police said Hargrove had just finished yard work when he stepped off the curb and was struck by a westbound vehicle.
Hargrove was taken to University Medical Center, where he later died.
No other details were provided.
The police are investigating the accident.
