William Bartlett was taken to the hospital and succumbed to injuries on Sunday

Amarillo, TX. – A 39-year-old motorcyclist was killed in crash on Saturday night in Amarillo.
According to the Texas Department of Public Safety, the accident happened in the 4000 block of S. Washington at SW 40th Avenue at around 9:40 p.m.
A vehicle was traveling northbound on Washington and was turning onto SW 40th Avenue when a motorcyclist traveling south on Washington lost struck another vehicle in the turn lane.
The rider, 39-year-old William Bartlett, was taken to the hospital and succumbed to injuries on Sunday.
More details about the accident were not provided.
An investigation into the crash is ongoing.
